What cleaning products do you use?
Eco friendly products that do not contain harsh or harmful chemicals. They are safe to use around children and pets, and your home smells like your home afterwards rather than like chemicals.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Cleaning with Cooley is fully licensed, bonded and insured, so your home is protected while we are working in it.
Who actually comes to my home?
One of our own trained housekeepers. Every employee undergoes a background check before they start, because we value open and honest relationships with our clients.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
Tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and re clean any areas that were missed, free of charge. That is our 100% satisfaction guarantee and we do not make it difficult to use.
Which parts of Chicago do you cover?
Downtown Chicago and the surrounding neighbourhoods, including The Loop, the West Loop, Wicker Park, Lincoln Park and River North. If you are just outside that, call and ask.
Do you clean offices as well as homes?
Yes. We clean small offices and workspaces as well as residential homes, and we work around your hours so the cleaning happens when the desks are empty.
Are there any discounts?
New customers get 20% off their first clean. Book a second clean and you get a free oven or refrigerator clean. Refer someone and you get 25% off your next clean while they get 20% off their first.
